Remove one staff login

1. The business owner signs in to SamAgent and opens Team.
2. They open the person and set them to inactive. The login stops working at once and the person's voice sample, if any, is deleted.

Staff who cannot reach their owner can email us from the address below with their login and business name.

Delete a whole business account

1. Email support@ultragames247.com from the business owner's email, with the subject "Delete my SamAgent account" and the business name.
2. We confirm the request with the owner, then delete the account.

What is deleted

• All staff logins, conversations, messages, photos, documents and voice notes, call recordings and transcripts, voice samples, contacts, lists, notes, and the business's facts and brochures.
• Push notification tokens for every device that signed in.

What is kept, and for how long

• Everything above is deleted from our servers within 30 days of the confirmed request.
• Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
• Messages already delivered on WhatsApp stay on the customer's own phone; we cannot delete them there.

Customers of a business

If you chatted with a business that uses SamAgent, ask that business to delete your conversation, or email us and we will pass your request to them.
