I can't sign in

SamAgent logins are made by your business owner. Ask them to check your login on the Team page, or to reset your password. Owners can email us from their registered address.

I don't get alerts

• Allow notifications for SamAgent in your phone's settings.
• On Android, set SamAgent's battery use to "Unrestricted" so alerts arrive when the app is closed.
• Make sure you are on shift: alerts for new chats go to people on shift.

Calls don't ring

Your business must have calls switched on, and the app needs microphone and notification permission. On Android 14 and newer, allow "full-screen calls" when the app asks.
